We are proud to be members
of The Yucca Park Owners Group, and as such we work with other owners in Yucca Park,
and are able to supply multiple apartments if
required. We can also provide other apartments when our apartment
has an existing booking. Please contact us for further details.
You can now make a reservation
right here from the website, with our new online
booking system. Remember, you booking is not confirmed until you
have received an email accepting your booking, received, completed &
returned your booking form, and your £50 deposit has been received by
us.

Please read our "Terms & Conditions" below, as well as
the remainder of "The Rental Contract", as sending your deposit
implies acceptance of those terms.

All bookings require a £50 non-refundable deposit at time of booking
as confirmation, with the balance due 2 months before the start of
your visit. We will send you a reminder 1 week before your
balance is due.

We accept payment by cheque, BACS Transfer or PayPal
(PayPal has 4% Surcharge)

When confirming your booking we will email you a
booking form, which we ask you to complete, print out, and include with the
deposit cheque. If paying with Paypal please send completed
booking form on it's own. It is also possible to email the
completed form from within Acrobat Reader..

About 10 days before your visit we email you two
"PIN" numbers. The first is to gain out of hours access to the
complex, and the second is for the keysafe at the door of the
apartment, which contains your apartment keys.

The apartment is normally available to arriving clients
between 1pm and 5pm depending on seasonal pressures etc. We ask
for your expected arrival time to ensure the apartment is ready for
you.

The apartment is professionally cleaned with bed
linen/towels provided ready for your stay

Bed linen & towels are supplied
& changed weekly. Should you require an extra "midweek
change" this can be arranged for a small charge. This should
be arranged at the time of booking.

All linen & towels provided are for apartment use
only, and must not be taken to the beach etc. NB We do NOT supply beach towels.

Cots, highchairs or buggies can be hired - if required
please inform us when making original booking. Unfortunately we are
unable to supply cot linen.

Smokers are welcome, but for the
comfort of other guests smoking is not permitted within the apartment
- please smoke on the patio outside, where an ashtray is provided.

If another guest is due into the apartment guests must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of
departure. If there is not another guest due that day, with
prior arrangement you may check out later. (There is no charge for
this service)

We strongly advise all guests to have comprehensive
travel insurance.

It is your responsibility to ensure all members of your
group have a valid passport.

We cannot accept any liability over anything that we do
not have control over (including, but not limited to, airlines, loss
of luggage, weather, closure of facilities, death or any injury
sustained by you or any member of your group (whether inside the
apartment or anywhere else) however caused.

Work outwith the apartment boundaries is beyond our
control, and there may be occasions where an advertised facility is
either modified or not available. Such situations may be caused
by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions etc.

All luggage including personal possessions are at all
times and under all circumstances at "owners risk"
-
Although we provide a safe for your use at no charge,
we do not accept any responsibility for any losses from this.

Apartment keys lost by guests will result in a 50
euro charge being made, which is used to change the door locks, for the security of
future guests.

Both Safes are operated by user selectable "PIN
Numbers", and both have easy to follow instructions prominently
displayed. We strongly recommend that any valuables (passports,
credit cards, laptops etc) are stored in one of the safes. If
you forget your PIN number for either safe, our agent (Michelle) has
a master over-ride key for both safes, and can open them to retrieve
the contents. A charge may be levied for this service.

Accommodation is booked exclusively for persons named
on the booking form.
