This page is the result of our first two years of renting.  They are all genuine feedback, sent to us either using the online "Contact Us" page on this site, or have been emailed directly to us.

We encourage all visitors to the apartment to leave some feedback after their trip.  We are happy to receive constructive criticism, as we are always looking for ways to improve your holiday in Yucca Park.

Having just retuned from Yucca Park I thought I would drop you a line to tell you how very enjoyable our week long (or should that be not long enough) stay was. We had 3 apartments (booked through the Owners Group), all done to a high standard. The complex is lovely and clean (you see them round pool areas in the morning) plenty of beds and umbrellas. My only comment would be that the lights around complex could do with going on a little earlier. We were heading out at 2030hrs and coming from our apartment was pretty dark (I cant walk in heels in daylight lol). Costa Adeje itself is gorgeous with something to suit all ages. I would like to thank you for all your prompt correspondence and thank you again for renting us your lovely apartments.

Regarding my holiday 22/9/09 to 6/10/09 at yucca park, initial booking on internet was easy.

Apartment 306 was first class as was tv etc,

Complex ideal for families and couples, easy access to beach, restaurants, bars.

This is our third holiday at Yucca Park, and will not be the last.

Just got back in the early hours of Thursday and thought I'd let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your apartment.  Yucca Park is perfectly located for the beach and shopping, with lots of eating-out options nearby. We took a stroll around the bay to El Duque and, in the other direction, to Puerto Colon on a couple of evenings and took a longer walk via Las Americas to see Los Cristianos another day.  Although it's about 4 miles, this is a very easy walk along the coastal path and we caught the bus back for a couple of euros.  We found the bus stop near the shopping plaza in Fanabe just a few hundred yards from the apartment, which opened up a whole range of options to travel further afield - to Icod, Los Gigantes and Santa Cruz in the North - so there's lots that can be done from this location. There is also a taxi rank right outside the apartment for shorter trips out.

In Yucca Park we had everything we needed.  It's a small complex, which makes it feel very personal and welcoming, and the key code access you provided gave us the flexibility to come and go independently without worrying about who was holding the key. The pool area was perfect for our stay, but we found you need to be up early with the beach towels if you need a sun lounger.

The apartment itself was lovely for the two of us - good kitchen and bathroom/shower facilities, plenty of storage including a safe. The fans in each room were welcome in what was a particularly hot spell. We were also delighted to find such a well-equipped entertainment system (with idiot-proof instructions for use) and leather recliners as a bonus. 

Thanks for making our break so relaxing and enjoyable.  Customer care has been great.  I can't think of anything I would change/add and I'd definitely recommend to others.

What a fantastic week we had. We hired two apartments 306 and 210. Both had everything that we needed and were very clean. The complex was clean and tidy at all times and the swimming pool was cleaned daily, first thing in the morning which was great because the children spent most of the day in it if they could. There is a lovely pool bar run by Colin and his wife which does good food and cold beer. Colin was very helpful at all times. Yucca park is close to lots of good shops and restaurants, it is only approximately 200 yards from a very clean beach where there are lots of activities, Jet bikes, scooters, paracending, boat trips, trampolines and also bouncy climbing walls in the middle of the sea plus lots more, the children will never get bored. Thank you Ricky and Laura for arranging our holiday for us. We enjoyed it so much we are looking into buying an apartment on the Yucca Park .

We are just back from a week in Yucca Park and had a brilliant time.  As the complex is privately owned, it was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet relaxing undisturbed holiday.  The apartment was very clean and tidy and very nicely decorated with everything you could need.  The fan definitely came in handy as did the dvd player and books which were stored in the living room.
Unlike hotels, there was no one walking around trying to persuade us to take part in activities during the day and there was definitely no competing for sun loungers.  The whole complex is very relaxed and most of the other guests where British, so very friendly.  Every morning we got up, no matter what time we went to the pool, there was plenty of loungers to choose from.  The weather was fantastic and the pool was very refreshing (although very cold until you get in!)
The poolside bar was great for food and drink and the owner Colin and his wife were extremely friendly and welcoming.  They have a quiz night on a Monday, which is great fun and even though we came last, we were kindly given vouchers for the Megabowl by a nice couple who didn't want them.
The complex is set in a brilliant location and out and about there is plenty to do.  We had the advantage of staying nearby previously, so knew where everything was, but if you were new to Tenerife you wouldn't have to walk very far to find restaurants, pubs and shops.  The beach is also literally across the road and a two minute walk. 
The only negative we did have was nothing at all to do with Yucca park, but outside the complex.  It is very difficult to walk anywhere without being bothered to take this leaflet and that leaflet and being persuaded by local workers to look in shops or try a restaurant.  You just have to either ignore them, or be polite and say maybe another night, that seemed to work for us anyway.
All in all we had a fantastic time and are definitely going to try and return next year with some friends.

We would like to say how much we enjoyed your excellent apartment in Tenerife. It was well furnished with many extras not normally found in a rental property. Just home from 11 day stay at Yucca Park. Apt well described, clean comfortable and well situated for all day sunshine, no need to even leave the spacious terrace. Complex great, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Food at pool bar served up by Colin and his staff excellent, had full breakfast every day and also delicious evening meals. This is the place to book for a get away from it all holiday, loads of entertainment on the door step if you want it, peaceful at night also. Thanks.

We had a great time thank you, I was trying to book a holiday for our family to suit various ages. I am happy to say Yucca Park in Fanabe met every requirement plus more. The resort itself has everything you need and is really clean and tidy. The complex is a fantastic base for a great holiday at an affordable price. The kitchen in the apartment has all you need, the sofa bed is very easy to get in and out and really comfy too. I'm very glad the standing tower fans were there or we may have melted. It was quiet in the day without any entertainment around the pool but the kids made friends and played their own games anyway.

All in all it was a great holiday and I would have no hesitation in going back there tomorrow if I could afford it.

The apartment and complex both exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was clean & spacious and the complex while being close to the beach, restaurants & bars was very quiet & a nice place to spend the day with lovely pools & a friendly pool bar restaurant serving good quality food.

We recently spent 10 nights (March 08) at Yucca Park and enjoyed it very much. We found the apartment to be comfortable and thought it be very good value for money. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the patio every morning. Yucca Park is well located for supermarkets and restaurants.

We hope to return next year.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful break and would like to say how nice the apartment is. It had all what we were looking for and we found it clean and tidy with some nice homely touches and nothing as far as we could tell needs to change.  We have already booked our next stay here and can envisage booking many more. For the prices charged, you wont get a better location or accommodation anywhere in Tenerife.
